Miniatürk Museum is open to
visitors every day of the week between 09.00 - 19.00.
Kültür AŞ is not responsible
for tickets purchased from any ticket sales source other than our museum box
offices and Passo Online ticket sales channels. Please refrain from
purchasing tickets from unauthorized ticket sellers.
Entering the museum with pets, with or without a bag, is prohibited.
Payments are accepted via credit/debit card and İstanbulkart. Cash is not accepted.
You can purchase visitor tickets at the ticket booths located at the entrance of Miniatürk on the day of your visit.
Since our institution is not affiliated with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Museum Pass is not valid.
Veterans, and first-degree relatives of martyrs and veterans, can visit free of charge.
Visitors with a Disability Card can enter free of charge.
Guests over the age of 65 can visit free of charge.
Children under the age of 5 accompanied by their families can enter free of charge.
Children under the age of 5 participating in school/institution group visits are subject to a fee.
It is strongly requested that teachers accompanying groups do not leave their students unattended.
Food and beverages are not allowed in the museum.
Note: The free admission for guests over 65 applies only to citizens of the Republic of Türkiye and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
